The tracking details usually get generated within 24 hours of shipping the order. You may get the tracking details from “My Orders” section on the app or website by selecting your order.

However, if the tracking details are not generated even after 24 hours of shipping or the tracking details are incorrect, you may reach out to us. We will be happy to help you.

Similarly, you may also track your return order.

You may place a request for return or replacement within the period mentioned in the product’s return policy on the product description page. You may read the return/ replacement policy before placing an order. You will not be able to return products that are explicitly identified as non-returnable.

Your product’s return policy may provide you with either of the following options:

  •  Only return is allowed
  •  Only replacement is allowed
  •  Return as well as replacement is allowed
  •  No return or replacement is allowed

If your return request is approved, we will align a courier partner for return pick-up of your product. The return pick-up is usually done within 5 working days.

If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel your order, you may do so before the product is delivered to you. However, cancellation is subject to the policy and you may cancel your order only if the cancellation policy of your product allows you to cancel it. You must read the cancellation policy before placing an order.

You may cancel the order by following the below mentioned steps:

  1. Go to the “My Orders” section on the app
  2. Select your order
  3. Click on “Cancel” button

Your promo-code T&C mentions when your cashback will be credited. You need to complete your KYC with Paytm to obtain the cashback. If your KYC with Paytm has not been completed, then we will provide you with Digital Gold, amounting equal to the cashback amount, in your Paytm locker.

If you’ve applied a promo code while placing the order, you will receive the cashback/ gold-back as per the payment method opted for the order.

  • Prepaid orders: Within 24 hours of shipping the order
  • Cash On Delivery: Within 24 hours of delivering the order
  • EMI: When the return period of the order is over for returnable products or after 7 days in case of non-returnable products

If your order was cancelled before shipping the product, we will initiate the refund instantly. However, if your order was cancelled after shipping the product, we will initiate the refund once we get confirmation from the courier partner has cancelled the delivery of the order.

If your order was cancelled by our merchant due to inability to fulfill your order, we will initiate the refund instantly.

You may claim the warranty on your product using the invoice shared with you. You do not require a separate warranty card to claim the warranty.

Your product may come with any of the below warranty:

  Manufacturer/ brand warranty

Seller Warranty

  No Warranty

Manufacturer Warranty: You may directly contact the manufacturer for claiming the warranty

Seller Warranty: You may directly contact the seller for claiming the warranty. Seller details are available on the invoice.

You will not be able to avail warranty, if your product does not come with any warranty or the warranty period has expired.

How can I get a product installed?

To know if the product you are purchasing comes with an installation service, look for the installation related message on the product description page. For more details like charges involved, slot availability and the installation process, reach out to the service provider using the contact information provided on the product description page or the invoice. The installation may be free or chargeable, depending up on the terms mentioned.
